At present, the H-beam welding production line is mostly contacted, and its design in all aspects is quite reliable.
The working mode of the H-beam welding production line is to place the H-beam according to the "I" shape, and then weld two fillet joints on both sides at the same time, which is helpful to improve the welding efficiency. Moreover, the welding production line adopts symmetrical welding, because the workpiece will not deform after welding.
In this welding production line, there is also an orthotic mechanism, which can directly correct the angle deformation of the hot material after welding by eccentric pressing roller, reduce the correction force and improve the correction accuracy. From the perspective of welding specification, the welding production line can almost meet the requirements of different specifications of workpiece welding.
In the assembly mode, the welding production line adopts the assembly welding integration mode, which reduces the working procedure and improves the production efficiency. Its wire feeder and welding gun are soft connected, and the welding angle of welding gun can be adjusted according to the actual requirements to ensure that the welding quality can be achieved.
When the welding production line encounters large fillet weld, it is recommended to adopt the welding process of double power supply, double wire, double arc and double molten pool; with imported PLC control, the whole process is more reliable.
In the same station of welding production line, all processes of material assembly, welding, orthopedic, lifting and discharging in the production process can be completed continuously, with a very high degree of automation.
