For the welding roller frame, the roller and weldment are round, and all rollers are the same length, and the axis is parallel. So the function of the active sprocket weldment is to weld the force on it, and it is also the reaction force of the rolling sprocket on the weldment, which is called the circumferential force. In other words, if the weldment rotates around the axis, its axis will not move up and down.
If there is a serious damage to the roller frame, for example, when the roller frame is installed, there is a bit of error, the shape and size of the weldment are different or the shape is irregular, then the front and rear rollers will be very different, higher and lower, the axis of the roller and the axis of the weldment will lead to non parallel. In this way, the contact between the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket of the weldment will cause the shaft to move up and down.
If the number of rollers deflected at the same angle is large, the up and down movement speed of the weldment shaft will be faster and faster. Also, if the left and right side of the weldment is biased, the speed of the shaft will change. If the axis of the welding roller frame is in the same plane, the distance between the rollers has no effect on the up and down movement speed of the axis. Therefore, if there is a little error in the installation of roller carrier, it is not good.
Sometimes when the welding roller carrier works, there will be axial movement, which means that there is spiral related movement in the welding itself. First, convert the rotation on the left side of the welding roller carrier to the rotation on the right side, and vice versa. The same rotation on the right side to the rotation on the left side, until the weldment no longer has spiral operation, so be careful when changing. There are several mechanisms that can effectively carry out the above transformation. One is the jack up structure. This structure is mainly to carry out the effective lifting movement of the roller, so that the weldment will have the axial change of self weight. In fact, the main purpose of the deviation is to make the welding roller frame offset along the center line, so the translation is actually along the axis of the weldment The horizontal line of a row moves vertically.
If we want the welding positioner to be able to carry out stepless speed regulation, we have two ways, first of all, DC debugging, but this is not so good. Now many manufacturers will not choose this way, and the other way is AC debugging. On the contrary, the frequency of fault in AC debugging will be lower.
